Coming to terms with the death of a loved one can be the most difficult emotional challenge we will ever have to face. No one has to face it alone.
Knowing what to expect or whether or not your feelings are normal can cause you added anxiety. It may be that those around you feel uncomfortable talking about your loss- perhaps they are in pain too. It may help to speak to someone who is not directly involved in your bereavement.
