You may be finding your relationship is going through a difficult patch. It could be a relationship with a friend, family member or partner.
Quite often all it takes is for people to talk to each other and explain their own particular feelings. It can be just as important to listen to the other person to help understand the problem and maybe find a solution together.
It can sometimes be very difficult to share your feelings with someone close and you may need to talk to someone who is not involved in your everyday life. This can be a good way of getting things off your chest and talk about ways of dealing with your problem.
You may need the help of a trained counsellor. You can ask your G.P. or we can help you to approach organisations who are trained to help with particular problems .
